BC PNP企业家移民再次抽选： Base与Regional最低分均为116分

BC省提名计划（BC PNP）于2026年8月25日 进行了新一轮企业家移民 （Entrepreneur Immigration）抽选。
本轮共发出16份邀请：
- Base Stream： 11份邀请，最低分116分；
- Regional Stream： 5份邀请，最低分116分。
与7月28日Base Stream最低117分相比， 本轮最低分轻微下降至116分。 Regional Stream则再次发出邀请。
企业家移民仍在持续运行
今年BC PNP的技术移民体系进行了较大调整， 省提名名额明显更加集中于Care、Build 和Innovate等省级经济优先领域。
相比之下， Entrepreneur Immigration 仍然保持相对稳定的抽选节奏。
截至目前， BC省2026年已经进行了多轮企业家移民邀请， Base Stream的最低分大部分维持在 115至121分之间。
对于真正计划在BC投资和经营企业的申请人来说， 企业家移民仍然是目前BC PNP中 一个值得关注的移民途径。
Regional Stream值得特别关注
Regional Stream的核心， 并不是单纯比较投资金额。
申请人的商业经验、 商业计划， 以及项目与当地社区经济发展的匹配程度， 都可能成为重要因素。
对于有企业管理经验， 并愿意在BC较小社区投资经营的申请人， 可以结合自身背景进一步评估 Base Stream和Regional Stream的可行性。
BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration Draw: Base and Regional Streams Both Invited at 116 Points
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) conducted a new Entrepreneur Immigration draw on August 25, 2026.
A total of 16 invitations were issued:
- Base Stream: 11 invitations, with a minimum score of 116;
- Regional Stream: 5 invitations, with a minimum score of 116.
Compared with the July 28 draw, when the minimum score for the Base Stream was 117, the threshold decreased slightly to 116.
Entrepreneur Immigration Remains Active
While B.C. has made significant changes to its Skills Immigration selection system in 2026, Entrepreneur Immigration continues to hold relatively regular draws.
So far this year, the minimum scores for the Base Stream have generally remained within a relatively narrow range.
For experienced business owners and senior managers who genuinely intend to establish and operate a business in British Columbia, Entrepreneur Immigration therefore remains a pathway worth considering.
The Regional Stream May Offer a Different Opportunity
The Regional Stream may be particularly relevant to applicants who are prepared to establish a business in a smaller B.C. community.
However, eligibility alone does not determine the likelihood of success.
Business experience, the proposed business, community support and the economic benefit of the project all need to be carefully assessed.
Applicants considering business immigration to British Columbia should evaluate whether the Base or Regional Stream better matches their business background and long-term plans.
