2026年9月10日， BC省提名计划（BC PNP）进行了新一轮 Skills Immigration定向邀请， 重点面向幼教、医疗、建筑技工及兽医相关职业。
本轮共发出超过429份邀请。

其中， 幼教类别仍仅针对符合条件的 Early Childhood Educators（ECE）； 医疗类别面向BC PNP指定的优先医疗职业； 建筑类别则针对指定的优先建筑职业。
需要注意的是， 本轮没有进行Education类别抽选， 也不是面向所有Skilled Worker申请人的普通抽选。
与8月6日相比： 医疗机会明显改善
本轮最值得关注的是医疗类别。
与8月6日抽选相比：
- 幼教： 102分 → 99分；
- 医疗： 84分 → 76分；
- 建筑： 88分 → 94分。
医疗类别下降8分， 意味着部分此前距离邀请线仍有明显差距的申请人， 现在可能已经进入具有竞争力的分数范围。
幼教门槛也继续下降
Early Childhood Educator（ECE） 的最低邀请分数今年一直呈现下降趋势。
2026年幼教定向抽选最低分已经从：
- 5月：115分；
- 6月：111分；
- 7月：108分；
- 8月：102分；
- 9月：99分。
对目前已经在BC从事符合条件 Early Childhood Educator职业的申请人来说， 现在值得重新核算自己的注册分数。
建筑类则出现反向变化
与医疗和ECE不同， 建筑类别本轮最低分从 88分升至94分。
同时， 邀请人数从8月6日的187人 下降至104人。
因此， 建筑行业申请人不能简单地把上一轮的88分 当作当前参考线。
BC PNP每轮邀请人数、 最低分数及选择因素， 都可能根据省内劳动力市场需求、 注册池情况以及当轮政策重点发生变化。
一次抽选分数下降， 并不代表下一轮一定继续下降。 定向抽选的门槛可能向上或向下变化。
对申请人的实际意义
已经进入BC PNP注册池的ECE、 医疗和建筑职业申请人， 应尽快登录账户确认是否收到邀请， 并重新核算自己的注册分数。
尤其值得关注的是医疗类申请人。 本轮76分是近期非常明显的一次下降。
如果此前因为分数不高 而认为BC PNP机会有限， 现在值得重新评估自己的情况。
建筑行业申请人则应更加谨慎。 本轮分数回升至94分说明， 定向抽选的门槛并不是单向下降， 未来抽选仍可能出现较大波动。
获得邀请的申请人通常只有 30天 提交完整的BC PNP申请。
收到邀请后， 应尽快核对雇主文件、 工作经验、工资、职业分类 及其他支持材料。
BC PNP September 10 Draw: Healthcare Cut-Off Drops to 76 Points
The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) held a new round of targeted Skills Immigration invitations on September 10, 2026, targeting Early Childhood Education, healthcare, construction trades, and veterinary occupations.
More than 429 invitations were issued in this round.

There was no Education category draw in this round, and this was not a general invitation round for all Skilled Worker candidates.
Healthcare Cut-Off Drops Significantly
The most notable change was in the healthcare category.
Compared with the August 6 draw:
- Childcare decreased from 102 to 99;
- Healthcare decreased from 84 to 76;
- Construction increased from 88 to 94.
The eight-point drop in the healthcare cut-off is particularly significant.
Candidates who were previously below the invitation threshold may now find themselves in a much more competitive position.
ECE Threshold Continues to Decline
The Early Childhood Educator threshold has also continued to decline.
In 2026, the minimum score for targeted ECE invitations has gradually fallen from 115 in May, to 111 in June, 108 in July, 102 in August, and now 99 in September.
Construction Moves in the Opposite Direction
Construction candidates saw a different trend.
The minimum score increased from 88 on August 6 to 94 on September 10, while the number of invitations decreased from 187 to 104.
This is an important reminder that previous BC PNP draw scores should not be treated as fixed benchmarks.
Invitation thresholds can move in either direction depending on the registration pool, labour market priorities and the number of candidates selected.
What Should Candidates Do?
Candidates already registered with the BC PNP under eligible ECE, healthcare or construction occupations should check their accounts and recalculate their registration scores.
Healthcare candidates should pay particular attention to this round.
A cut-off of 76 represents a meaningful improvement compared with the previous draw and may justify reassessing cases that previously appeared less competitive.
Construction candidates, however, should not continue using the previous 88-point threshold as their benchmark.
Candidates who receive an invitation generally have 30 calendar days to submit a complete BC PNP application.
Employer documents, occupational classification, wages, work experience and other supporting evidence should therefore be reviewed promptly.
