Northwest Territories Nominee Program
Northwest Territories Nominee Program（NTNP）是加拿大西北地区的提名移民计划，主要包括雇主驱动、法语及商业三个类别，支持当地人才招聘、双语劳动力及企业发展。
雇主驱动类别涉及技术工人、入门及半技术职业，以及NWT Express Entry；法语类别面向具备法语和英语能力并持有当地工作机会的申请人；商业类别面向计划在当地实际经营企业的申请人。
The Northwest Territories Nominee Program (NTNP) includes Employer-Driven, Francophone and Business streams. These support local employment needs, bilingual workers and applicants who intend to establish or operate a business in the territory.
什么是NTNP？ | What Is NTNP?
NTNP的不同类别有各自的申请要求。雇主驱动类申请需要同时审查西北地区雇主、职位和申请人条件；NWT Express Entry还要求符合联邦快速通道资格。
法语类别要求核对法语及英语能力和当地有效工作机会。商业类别涉及创办、购买或投资并经营当地企业，应评估资金、经验、经营地点及商业计划。
雇主驱动类别采用EOI排名及邀请流程：雇主注册后，申请人提交EOI，获选申请人的雇主再按要求递交完整申请。该流程不应直接套用于法语或商业类别。
Employer-driven applications require an assessment of both the NWT employer and the worker. NWT Express Entry adds federal Express Entry requirements. The Francophone stream focuses on eligible bilingual applicants with an NWT job offer; the Business stream concerns establishing, purchasing or investing in and operating a local business.
The Employer-Driven stream uses an EOI ranking and invitation process. Employer registration precedes the candidate’s EOI, and selected candidates’ employers are invited to submit a full application. Other streams have their own procedures.

Employer-Driven
Employer-supported applications require a coordinated review of the position and the worker. Skilled Worker and other employer-driven categories have different eligibility requirements; employer registration and EOI selection are part of the intake process.
雇主驱动类申请需要同时审核职位与申请人。技术工人及其他雇主驱动类别的要求不同，应核对职业、资历、雇主材料与身份，并按现行雇主注册和EOI流程规划申请。

Entry Level / Semi-Skilled
This category covers NOC TEER 4 and 5 occupations. The official guidance requires qualifying full-time experience with the same employer and position, a valid work permit and language evidence. Review the current guide before counting work experience.
该类别涉及NOC TEER 4和5职业。官方要求包含同一雇主及岗位的合资格全职经验、有效工作许可和语言证明。应依照现行指引核对工作时长、岗位及雇主条件。

NWT Express Entry
Candidates must meet both the relevant territorial criteria and federal Express Entry requirements. Review the federal profile alongside the NWT employment and nomination requirements rather than treating the two systems as interchangeable.
申请人需同时符合地区提名条件及联邦Express Entry要求。评估时应一并核对联邦档案、当地就业及提名资格，不能用联邦入池资格代替地区项目审核。

Francophone
For eligible applicants who speak French and English and have a valid NWT job offer. The stream covers a range of TEER levels. Both language evidence and employer-supported employment need review under the applicable guide.
面向同时具备法语和英语能力、并持有西北地区有效工作机会的合资格申请人。该类别涵盖不同TEER层级，应核对双语成绩、职位和雇主条件，而非仅凭法语背景判断。

Business Stream
For entrepreneurs starting, purchasing or investing in and operating an NWT business. Location affects financial criteria. Review the business concept, resources, experience and performance agreement before planning the operating and nomination stages.
面向计划在西北地区创办、购买或投资并经营企业的申请人。经营地点会影响资金条件，需要评估商业构想、资金、经验和经营协议，并规划实际经营及后续提名阶段。

Expression of Interest
The employer registers first and the candidate completes an EOI. Ranking considers human capital, NWT labour-market connections and adaptability. An EOI does not guarantee an invitation or nomination; the employer-driven process should not be applied automatically to other streams.
雇主先注册，申请人再提交EOI；评分涉及个人背景、当地劳动力市场联系和适应能力。EOI不保证获邀或提名，也不应将雇主驱动类流程直接套用于法语或商业类别。
